Pace Digitek Limited, through its material subsidiary Lineage Power Private Limited, has secured a work order worth ₹92.93 crore, including GST, from Kalpa Power Private Limited for the supply and commissioning support of a 100 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
Under the contract, Lineage Power will supply the BESS and provide commissioning support for the project. The order is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2026. The company said the contract is a domestic order and does not involve a related-party transaction.
The order follows a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Lineage Power and Kalpa Power in July 2026 for the supply of 100 MWh of BESS capacity. The partnership is intended to support Kalpa Power’s energy storage deployments for commercial and industrial customers across rooftop solar, open-access and hybrid renewable energy projects.
The contract comes as Pace Digitek continues to expand its presence in the energy storage segment. The company has recently increased its BESS manufacturing capacity to 5 GWh, while also scaling its utility-scale BESS execution capabilities.
The latest order further strengthens Pace Digitek’s growing BESS business, as demand for utility-scale energy storage increases alongside the integration of renewable power into India’s electricity system.
