  • Gujarat Inject Secures INR 4.86 Crore Solar Module Order from Zentaraa Infra Projects

Gujarat Inject Secures INR 4.86 Crore Solar Module Order from Zentaraa Infra Projects

Gujarat Inject (Kerala) Limited has secured a domestic purchase order worth approximately ₹4.86 crore from Zentaraa Infra Projects Private Limited for the supply of 3,600 Solar PV Modules. The order is scheduled for execution in October 2026.

The latest order strengthens Gujarat Inject’s growing presence in the renewable energy sector as the company transitions from its traditional asset-light trading business towards solar power and other clean energy opportunities.

The company had entered into an Investment Sale Agreement with Soleos Energy Limited in June 2025 for the development of solar power projects. Subsequently, shareholders approved an amendment to the company’s Object Clause in September 2025, enabling Gujarat Inject to undertake activities related to the generation, transmission, trading and supply of electricity from renewable and conventional sources. The amended scope also includes opportunities in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

As part of its solar power expansion, Gujarat Inject has recognised ₹2,076.45 lakh as Capital Work in Progress (CWIP) towards its Solar Power Generation Project. The company said the addition represents its first CWIP addition in two years and reflects its move towards renewable energy infrastructure.

Meanwhile, the company reported strong financial performance for FY2025-26. Total revenue increased 90.7% year-on-year to ₹3,632.04 lakh, compared with ₹1,904.58 lakh in FY2024-25. Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 78.3% to ₹181.41 lakh from ₹101.72 lakh during the previous fiscal year.

The company clarified that the growth in FY26 profitability was driven by its trading operations, as the solar generation project did not contribute operational revenue during the year. Purchases of stock-in-trade stood at ₹3,362.37 lakh during FY26.

The latest solar module order, along with the company’s ongoing investment in renewable energy infrastructure, marks another step in Gujarat Inject’s broader strategy to expand into the clean energy sector.
