Readily Solutions, a technology-driven integrated clean energy company, has announced a milestone in its growth journey as it accelerates preparations for its planned Initial Public Offering (IPO). Backed by an investment from renewable energy veteran Sunil Sharma, strengthened corporate governance through his appointment to the Board of Directors, and the appointment of Amros Consulting LLP as its investment banking advisor. The firm will work closely with the company on capital markets strategy, corporate structuring, investor engagement, governance enhancement, strategic fundraising initiatives and preparation for its proposed public market listing.

Readily also announced a revenue target of INR 450-500 Crores for FY 2026-27, representing significant growth over its consolidated revenue of approximately INR 143 Crores in FY 2025-26. The projected growth is supported by a strong execution pipeline across renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, electric mobility, EV charging infrastructure and clean energy services.

The company has undergone a transformation over the past few years, evolving from an electric mobility-focused enterprise into a technology-driven integrated clean energy company. The company has introduced two focused business verticals-Readily Energy and Readily Mobility-to address India’s rapidly expanding clean energy ecosystem.

Unlike conventional renewable energy or electric mobility companies operating in individual segments, Readily has developed an integrated business model spanning renewable energy generation, solar EPC, intelligent energy management, EV charging infrastructure, battery swapping, fleet solutions, clean energy services and sustainable infrastructure.
