  • Readily Solutions Targets INR 450-500 Crore Revenue in FY27 Ahead of Proposed IPO

Readily Solutions, a technology-driven integrated clean energy company, has announced a milestone in its growth journey as it accelerates preparations for its planned Initial Public Offering (IPO). Backed by an investment from renewable energy veteran Sunil Sharma, strengthened corporate governance through his appointment to the Board of Directors, and the appointment of Amros Consulting LLP as its investment banking advisor. The firm will work closely with the company on capital markets strategy, corporate structuring, investor engagement, governance enhancement, strategic fundraising initiatives and preparation for its proposed public market listing.

Readily also announced a revenue target of INR 450-500 Crores for FY 2026-27, representing significant growth over its consolidated revenue of approximately INR 143 Crores in FY 2025-26. The projected growth is supported by a strong execution pipeline across renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, electric mobility, EV charging infrastructure and clean energy services.

The company has undergone a transformation over the past few years, evolving from an electric mobility-focused enterprise into a technology-driven integrated clean energy company. The company has introduced two focused business verticals-Readily Energy and Readily Mobility-to address India’s rapidly expanding clean energy ecosystem.

Unlike conventional renewable energy or electric mobility companies operating in individual segments, Readily has developed an integrated business model spanning renewable energy generation, solar EPC, intelligent energy management, EV charging infrastructure, battery swapping, fleet solutions, clean energy services and sustainable infrastructure. This integrated approach enables the company to participate across multiple high-growth segments of India’s energy transition while creating a scalable, technology-enabled platform.

Commenting on the announcement, Hiteshh Sharma, Founder and CEO, Readily Solutions, said, “The next phase of Readily’s journey is centred on building a professionally governed, technology-driven clean energy enterprise capable of creating long-term value for all stakeholders. Our revenue guidance for FY 2026-27 reflects the strength of our execution capabilities, expanding project portfolio and confidence in India’s rapidly growing clean energy market. Welcoming Sunil Sharma as a strategic investor and Board member further strengthens our leadership, while partnering with Amros Consulting LLP marks an important step in our capital markets journey. Together, these milestones position Readily strongly as we prepare for our planned IPO.”

Commenting on the development, Sunil Sharma, Director, Readily Solutions, said, “India’s clean energy transition presents one of the country’s most significant long-term growth opportunities. Readily has built a differentiated integrated platform combining renewable energy, electric mobility and sustainable infrastructure under a single strategic vision. My investment in the company reflects my confidence in its leadership, execution capabilities and long-term growth potential. I look forward to contributing to Readily’s next phase of expansion and supporting its journey towards becoming a publicly listed company.”

Roopa Gupta, Partner, Amros Consulting LLP, said, “Businesses preparing to access public markets must combine scalable operations with strong governance, disciplined execution and a clear growth strategy. Readily has established a compelling platform in one of India’s fastest-growing sectors, supported by a robust business pipeline and experienced leadership. We are pleased to partner with the company as it strengthens its institutional readiness and advances towards its planned public listing.”

    Suzlon Reports Highest-Ever Q1 Deliveries of 506 MW, Revenue Rises 23% in Q1 FY27

Suzlon Group, India’s leading renewable energy solutions provider, has reported a strong start to FY27, driven by record first-quarter deliveries, robust order inflows, and continued progress in expanding its renewable energy portfolio.

During the quarter, the company achieved its highest-ever first-quarter deliveries of 506 MW, marking a 14% year-on-year increase, while commissioning more than doubled to 269 MW, reflecting accelerated project execution. Suzlon also secured approximately 1 GW of new orders, including two major developer-led EPC contracts from Tata Power and Waaree Group, taking its cumulative order book to around 6.1 GW. Notably, 84% of the order book is backed by public sector undertakings (PSUs) and commercial & industrial (C&I) customers, highlighting strong demand across key market segments.

As part of its evolving business strategy, Suzlon increased the contribution of its Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) business from 22% in Q1 FY26 to 32% in Q1 FY27. During the quarter, the company also unveiled its S175 (5 MW) wind turbine platform in India and Europe and secured the platform’s first order in the Indian market. In addition, Suzlon introduced its ‘Suzlon 2.0’ strategy, centred on four business verticals—RE Tech, RE DevCo, RE Projects, and RE AMS—to strengthen its presence across the renewable energy value chain and unlock new growth opportunities.

Commenting on the performance, Girish Tanti, Vice Chairman, Suzlon Group, said, “Suzlon is stronger than ever, and we’re leveraging this to invest in our future. Suzlon 2.0 is underway as we build four strategic growth engines with wind-led renewable energy solutions, strengthen our technology, and focus on long-term customer partnerships. All new growth areas are gaining traction. The S175-5x had a strong debut, and the S144-3x order book is building significant momentum. During the quarter, we also deepened existing partnerships and formed new ones to accelerate our customers’ energy transition journey.”

Ajay Kapur, Chief Executive Officer, Suzlon Group, said, “Our strong start to FY27 reflects disciplined execution across every aspect of our business. We achieved our highest-ever first-quarter deliveries of 506 MW while more than doubling our commissioning as projects moved into advanced stages of execution. With the successful launch of the first FDRE-ready S175 wind turbine and manufacturing now scaled at our Bhuj facility, we are well prepared to meet future demand.”

Highlighting the company’s financial performance, Rahul Jain, Chief Financial Officer, Suzlon Group, said, “We delivered a strong top-line performance this quarter, with revenue growing 23% year-on-year, reflecting healthy execution and project deliveries. EBITDA and PAT margins were in line with ongoing developments, given the temporary logistics disruptions arising from the geopolitical situation, certain strategic investments, and changes in project scope and business mix.”

For the quarter ended 30 June 2026, revenue from operations increased 23% year-on-year to ₹3,819 crore, compared with ₹3,117 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. EBITDA stood at ₹595 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 15.6%, while Profit Before Tax (PBT) was ₹390 crore and Profit After Tax (PAT) reached ₹305 crore. Although profitability margins moderated compared with Q1 FY26, the company attributed the decline to temporary logistics disruptions caused by geopolitical developments, strategic investments, and changes in project scope and business mix.

With record first-quarter deliveries, a growing order pipeline, new product launches, and the rollout of its Suzlon 2.0 strategy, the company has entered FY27 with strong operational momentum and a clear focus on expanding its leadership in India’s renewable energy sector.
